Hey, hey! Don't feel desperate. It's normal to have the urge of bingeing sometimes during the process. But put it this way: you may have eaten some extra calories today, but not EVERYDAY. Just think today was your spare day, tomorrow you'll be back to you healthy life as is nothing had happened :) Today doesn't ruin all the hard work you've been doing so far!!
OMGOMGOMG.. I just binged. I’ve been eating so healthy & now I ruined it. I for real want to just shoot my self in the arm right now. I really want someone to talk to.. someone who could help me. Please.
